After receiving my first water bill in my new place, I felt a surge of panic and immediately called Affinity Water. To my relief, Shree, the customer service agent who answered my call, was incredibly humble and polite throughout our conversation. Her demeanor instantly calmed my nerves, and she patiently and professionally explained the details of the bill to me. While I'm still unsure about the water service itself from Affinity Waters, I wholeheartedly give Shree a 5-star rating for her exceptional customer service. ?

Sent my partner a letter saying don't pay on the card until they write to her again so she didn't. They are now adding charges and sending debt collectors for non payment even though they are the ones who said not to yet. They are aware I am her carer and of her mental health struggles and that she cannot speak on the phone. They have just told me they will proceed with their action unless I take responsibility for the account, I do not appreciate my partner being gaslit, discriminated against and myself being blackmailed by affinity water. Disgusting treatment of 2 vulnerable customers.

Completely useless text me at 7.47 this morning to read outside metre it 1.20 now nothing yet I can't go out,This is second time when I ring I just get held on line to someone come on covers up with some excuse starts all over, There is no water in he'll for these greedy horrible living lot,holy water they need.

No online complaints service or other way to leave important messages contrary to the phone waiting service . Hours on the phone trying to talk the the " team member " . Tried several times to contest bill . Call back service don't work . Over billing a norm . If you have a life to waste this is the company that will do it !

Awful company. Their attitude is let the customer buy a water softener. Why should we (Affinity Water) keep the calcium levels low like Three River did. So if your boiler/kettle etc. continually scales up worse than before you now know why. The water's minerals haven't changed so why the increase in scale!So thousands of people will end up using chemicals but that's ok as long as they keep their shareholders in profit and happy.

I never contract his service i living in a share building where are 10 diferentes studios we all using same water an people living in each studio i don't know where they take my personal info but they are claim me 645.89£ when on my contract is sing this need to be paid by the landlord/agency, my agency don't do anything and this people think they can charge to everyone just for exist i think this is a scam company and need to take into court to consider the legal way of his process. Is first time on my life some one try to charge me something under my name whit out contract anything.Eliot lee is one of the agency manager the home and the landlord is a holdingshare for this agency.Rushbrook & Rathbone Ltd is the new agency management of my home and they don't do anything.Don't rent any home on this two agencys if you dont wanna have any problem!

I spoke to a lovely gentleman called REZA on 20/04/2020 at 10:17 am from the meter reading and payments department, who I must say was kind and extremely helpful, thank you REZA for being patient with me during this peak time, you are a lovely gentleman with the best customer service, defo deserve a pay rise or heavy bonus. (Not sure which affinity department I called too but hopefully he and his manager sees this.)

The water is dirty it has a horrible smell and leaves so much limescale how is it so bad I want to change companies this is no good I washed my car the other day the water made the car look even dirtier then it was what are u guys using or doing to the water? It?s disgusting

They are terrible. They blocked the road all day with no viable access route for disabled people. They suggested walking 1.5 miles along the public footpath!! Doh how do you expect me to walk 1.5 miles when I am disabled?
