Waited for 2 years to get my turn. Unfortunately was rushed to hospital and they have removed me even after providing my hospital stay details and medication.

When I called to make an appointment in May of this year, Bupa Bushey told me I was no longer an NHS patient because I last saw their PRIVATE dentist at a time when there were no NHS dentists available, which automatically removed me from the NHS patient list.They also cited that my last appointment was in 2018 which meant I was unable to be seen as more than two years had elapsed since my last visit.l explained a cancer diagnosis in 2019, and subsequently, shielding during a pandemic meant I was not able to see the dentist before this time period. After some back and forth and a terribly condescending conversation, I was able to make an appointment.On the day of my appointment my 4 year old son was terribly ill and I had to cancel. A text message was sent to me saying if I didn?t attend this appointment I would be removed from their books. I think that most people would agree that my sick child took precedent.However, after complaining about this treatment, the practice manager offered no redress. Ms Manandhar said she agreed with her staff?s actions when I explained what had happened.Some basic customer service and common sense could have been used here.I asked to be seen at a different Bupa practice and the only resolution offered was returning to the Bushey branch or stay on a waiting list for up to 2 years.I am in shock at the complete despicable behaviour and treatment given by Bupa. There seems a complete disdain for dealing with NHS patients and disregard to personal situations, even those beyond a person?s control.This internal complaints procedure took until September to be resolved and I am still without a dentist.

Perfection. Dr. Shah is the most amazing and caring dentist I?ve ever been to. Highly recommend her and the whole practice. Awesome experience from the reception staff who are just lovely and a dentist who cares.

Ridiculous. Watch out, they will book you in for the next appointment after you visit without informing you. Then give you attitude and charge you for missing the appointments you have no knowledge of. But its ok when they change it on the day of the apppiontment.Aweful service, even 1 star is too generous.

I have always found this practice to offer impeccable care. I was especially impressed by the fastidious attention provided by my dentist Dr Sheth for whom nothing seems to much trouble. Treatment is compassionate and uncrushed and one feels that the professional care at Bupa Dental in Bushey is of the highest order.

The receptionists here are always really love to me and my dentist Dr Sachin Sheth is the best dentist I've ever been to! He always makes me feel so comfortable that I never fear going to the dentist and he answers any random question I have, very knowledgeable and will do what he can to save your teeth :)

I needed an emergency appointment after chipping a tooth. The receptionist was really helpful and Dr Sachin Sheth quickly fixed it, so I left smiling.

Very poor customer service, confrontational and very aggressive prejudiced receptionist.Handling of people personal data very questionable, from what I experienced this morning staff have a poor or not understanding of privacy law changes with GDPR.Receptionist behaviour was so aggressive, disrespectful and ignorant. Although the Practice manager came over to make sense of it, still feel shameful public facing staff in modern society can display bias/personal prejudice behaviour without even be aware of it at all; truly shocking and sad.
