After being a member for 2 years I had my locker broken into yesterday and my wedding ring stolen. This is the second time an item has gone missing from the locker room and I've heard this happen to other members. I appreciate DL cannot take responsibility for opportunists lurking in the locker room but for the 'premium' gym, and membership cost I have been left underwhelmed by the lack of (promised) callbacks to support me on this matter.

I went to gym at 3 pm today and I have no idea why after i left my boyfriend and enter to gym ,the receptionist called my boyfriend and told him I have a joined membership.my membership is with my sister but I didn't like he know that .please recpect your customer 's privacy

Not usually one to leave bad reviews but joining this place is genuinely one of the worst decisions I?ve made.I paid a ridiculously premium priced membership fee for padel mainly. Unless I have an alarm on my phone at 7:59pm, it?s almost impossible to get a booking for any of the sessions. Same goes for Tennis.The spa was nice when it first opened, and now the standards have dropped massively and it?s constantly having issues.Parking - it?s quite simply a disgrace. Last night it took me 25 minutes to find parking and when I came back, someone had blocked me in.The club is a joke, memberships have been massively oversold. I am counting down the days until my membership ends.DL are lucky that Third Space focus on central, more metropolitan areas because it would be absolute curtains for DL the day TS decide to expand.The difference between the two is night and day.

Upon enquiry on the membership plan, someone from the Sales team gave me a missed call and when i call back she was not even willing to listen my question and politely threat to close my membership Enquiry which means giving missed call was a plan to provoke me and close the enquiry that itself show how good is their sales team and i can imagine how good their customer support would be, early walkthrough of their membership enquiry process gave me a clear walkthrough not to join them.

Grant, the manager is excellent.I have been a member for 21 years and have never experienced such good service and attention from the staff. I will certainly recommendDavid Lloyd's to my friends.Carmen Griffiths.

Was shown around DL by Joe, very helpful and informative. The place is deceptively large with lots of sports facilities, fantastic spa and an outdoor pool. Looking forward to spending time there.

Facility is good overall. Echoing with another review, we do pay premium for facilities. When it comes to customer service it's rubbish. Not even close to premium.We got offered a price after chatting to their centre manager, the membership price is confirmed by an email. We then committed another year of membership only to find out that we got charged a lot more by direct debit. It took us a month to hear back and the answer is 'I'm sorry we made a mistake in that email regarding price. You have to pay the new price.' It is also worth mention that it is virtually impossible to book class without 4-5 days ahead.Popular classes slot got booked up as soon as it's released (2 weeks of time). Not friendly at all for people who cannot regularly attend. The car park is always full, if you don't get there by 8am, no space at all. I used to like Bushey club as it's convenient to us. It looks like they have over-sold the membership and therefore the customer service is rubbish and they don't care about members any more. Such a shame. We are leaving.

So i pay a lot for this gym and today i tried to go into the gym and I was refused access, my account is frozen due to the fact I cant go gym currently due to personal reasons, I was free today and tried to go gym. So i had my friend give me a guest pass therefore today i tried going in, I go in and some old blonde lady stops me and says I cant go in because I have an frozen account, even though I am using a guest pass, and she was very very disrespectful I still don't know who she thinks she is, she tells me to get out disrespectfully and I tell her to bring her manager because she spoke too much, the manager comes and he was respectful, and the lady in the background is seen whispering to the lady next to her and being disrespectful about me and the people I was with at the time to enter the gym, this old white lady needs a reality check.

Never have I even been treated or spoken to so rudely by a member of staff on reception. And to embarrass me in front of other members making out I am trying to sneak my kids in the club.Rude is an understatement. Not impressed to be greeted by someone like that at such a nice club.
