Unfortunately my nephews' will now not receive their Christmas presents, despite ordering a week early AND having reassurance on the phone that the parcel was now going to be sent out next day delivery. It never arrived. They take your money and don't deliver. Avoid!

3D snakes and ladders is a good game but doesn't last long if played enough. Customer service is awful. I had a few bits missing from an unopened box and they expected me to pay for new bits. I'd never buy from them because of their customer service.

Bought a Sheffield city jigsaw for my friend for Xmas.1000 pieces as usual. However pieces are very small and colours very similar.She has lived and worked in Sheffield all her life, no eyesight problems but to do this she has a magnifying glass and an A to Z of Sheffield.and generally she manages to put 3 pieces in every hour. A friend said to her 'I don't know who bought you this but she is no friend of yours and don't pass it on to me' Be very careful who you buy these for as at £20.00 including postage they can soon be a waste of money

Similar to the other reviews, I placed an order almost 2 months ago received part of it but not all of it, chased them up to be told I hadn?t paid of which I queried 1 why they sent me items in the first place of which they told me was a mistake and 2 I then sent proof of payment and all I get is sorry all my system was showing was it wasn?t paid as the payment was unsuccessful. No real try to rectify the situation and clearly there is a flaw in the system. What surprises me even more is that they can see that items have been shipped and they believe there is no payment but nobody even bothered to contact me as this could have been resolved weeks ago. I have requested for my delivery charge to be refunded and who knows how long it will take to get the remaining items! I would not recommend this company, massive flaws in their system and no real willing to resolve situations purely told ?system said this?

We received their genius star game as a gift. One of the tiny pieces was incorrect. I asked them if they'd send a piece to rectify the mistake and sent a photo. They said they do it for £4.95. The whole game cost the people who bought it £16.99 and Happy Puzzle replied with the following when I informed them that the cost of postage with Royal Mail is 96p: "The cost of postage is £4.95 this includes time, labour, stationary and postage." So they might be a happy puzzle company but now there are two Unhappy Puzzle customers who won't use them again because of their customer service. This should have been so easy to resolve for them.

The items purchased from this company have been much appreciated by my young nephews. However the company system was down when I first phoned so I had to call back. I now discover that I have been charged over £3 for 15 minutes on the call to the Company's 0844 number. Those ordering by phone beware!

Avoid like the plague! This is my experience. Order placed and paid for on Nov 15th. To date, 5 working weeks plus weekends and a few days, too, on top. The order hasn't arrived.No confirmation received from the company, upon sending the order, nor a dispatch notification.A prompt was made a week later to be told they were sent.Another prompt, after another two weeks later, and a member of staff added that they were sent on Nov 26th.The dispatch email notification came on Dec 5th stating that were dispatched with 48 hrs delivery ? this was the 1st dispatch notification received since Nov 15th. Do your counting?.how long this has been to dispatch the items.Items still not received and the tracking system provided within the email doesn?t show them or have any idea about them. £46.80 down the drain, missed birthday presents, and a most unpleasant and pompous owner who blamed Covid, Hermes and the rest of the world but failed to concede that the order took 3+ working weeks to be dispatched. There are similar businesses on each high street that I have supported for years and deserve the continued support. I only came across this company by accident. An advert in the newspaper that an elderly neighbour, 95, picked up and thought she is helping me with the grandson's birthday present. I didn't want to upset her and made the order as she was sipping her cuppa and feeling good about it.Update: 5 weeks now from ordering and the items have not arrived. The provided tracking number and link are still showing inactive.Meanwhile, when the business owner was asked about refund in the event of non arrival, he refused to issue a refund, very unfortunately. Possibly delusional or in denial about customers' protection and trading standards. I had paid by Paypal, have now raised a case and Paypal ruled for my advantage, in 48 hrs, and issued the refund.

I just received One Dot At a Time 1000-piece puzzle. I paid $20 USD for it plus shipping. This is the poorest quality puzzle I have ever purchased. The pieces are razor-thin!I wrote to complain about the puzzle and $4 compensation was offered. The puzzle is not worth $2 - let alone $15 PLUS shipping.They get 1 star for answering my letter. Would never use them again.

Lovely games, Reliable delivery BUT for heaven sake sort out your on line ordering system. Your system keeps rejecting my e mail address. Not for the first time - you told me last time that you had sorted it but clearly not.Would you like an order from me?

Absolutely useless! We placed an order over 6 weeks ago and were told it would be here within 3 working days and after countless efforts trying to get someone to call back we are still waiting even though we have already paid!

The Happy Puzzle Company has a "sister" company called Mad4Jigsaws too, based at the same place - whilst the shop may be closed the on line ordering system is absolutely great in these difficult times of Covid-19, which I am sure is going on for some time yet unfortunatelyI had a friends 60th birthday coming up soon and I get e-mails through having bought something through one of them several years ago, and now as it seems appropriate to try and buy something special - there is a wide choice of products for all ages and abilities and some bespoke productsThe website is easy to use and the product came through within 5 days and that included a day for a bank holiday and thus this allows me time to get the items off to my friend for their 60th birthdayProduct was well packaged and promptly deliveredKeep up the good work

Just ordered some stuff for my grandchildren to help keep them amused and educated whilst they're off school. The parcel arrived within 48hrs which is amazing in these Covid-times. I made the mistake of ordering two of the Magnetic Puzzle Games. Happy Puzzle said I could return one for a refund. But after seeing the quality of all the items and the amount of fun that could be had by children and adults alike. I decided that my two grandchildren could have one Magnetic Game each and challenge each other to complete designs. I will definitely be buying more from this company
