It's convenient but a rip off if you want to sell them something. They gave me a list of excuses why they couldn't give me more than £101 for an item in good condition. (I hardly used it and don't have much time to sell things through ebay). Yet a couple of days later, it was on sale in the window for £200. The staff are friendly enough and are most likely only following corporate guidelines but I don't think I'll sell anything to them again.Also, don't buy DVDs from here, most of them are scratched half way to oblivion.

Do not buy online for CEX. Tried to leave a review of a poor quality product twice and it was rejected both time.They clearly manipulate the reviews to sell more

Wasnt going to buy anything, however the staff were so friendly that we chose to purchase something. Good customer service is becoming rare. This store should be an example to the other CeX shops staff.

Sometimes take items into the store to sell but recently I've found the staff to be quiet lazy when it comes to testing products in the timeframe they say. Today I took items into the store to sell, bearing in mind the testing shelf was empty. Was told it would take an hour and they would call to let me know followed by an email. 4 hours went by and no contact, I reached out to customer service but no reply. This has happened a lot recently and starting to regret selling to this cex store. No professionalism, will probably get told some excuse that there is a backlog or very busy. When it's empty in store the staff just stand around and don't seem proactive.

Wast of time I bought AirPods Pro?s from apple in Watford and had the receipt and serial number so they could check that it was real and the man said it wasn?t real without even checking absolute waste of time and terrible customer service
