they can't even knock on the door and the opening hours are ridiculous. A person who works during the day can only dream of picking up a parcel. He only has one day to pick it up. It's ridiculous, best regards, and please change the opening hours table.

best service i could have ever asked for. went in fuming that i didn?t get my parcel and the manager that dealt with me had it redelivered on the same day and she even gave me a courtesy call to make sure i received it. 5 star service.

Failed to deliver even though four people were home. Didn?t leave a calling card so couldn?t collect it or call up to enquire about it. Arranged for it to be redelivered for two days later. Made sure someone was home. Got an email on that morning telling me I had to PAY for the redelivery and the link for it didn?t even work. Then I got an email an hour later saying it would be delivered by 2pm. I left a note on my front door saying I was home with my mobile number. At 2pm I checked the tracking app and it said they were unable to deliver it again. No calling card. Absolutely useless. I?d paid for next day delivery as well.

I had an issue with my delivery, I spoke with many people who could not help with my enquiry and I become very agitated. Finally I got put through to Amira who assisted me without any hassle, she managed to sort my issues out within minutes. Thank you Amira!!!? Royal Mail you need more staff like her!

Disgraceful rebooked my delivery for Saturday. There was no card or knock on the door, just said there was no answer at the door when checking tracking, I just wasted most of my day waiting for my parcel

I'd give them no a 0 rating if I could. I have to arrange transport to go back to the office now because their terrible delivery drivers couldn't be bothered to knock. Embarrassing and terrible service if you can even call it a service. Royal Mail you are a joke.

I visit most days of the week to drop off my ?Click and Drop? items for my business and I can?t fault the service I receive. Friendly and helpful staff members who are always very welcoming and accommodating no matter how many items I have to drop off with them. My local posties and sorting office helped my business keep going throughout the pandemic and I can?t be thankful enough!
