Always enjoy shopping or visiting British Heart Foundation either in Hemel Hempstead or High Wycombe as they sell good quality furniture at respectable prices , whole range of stock from furniture, cabinets to kitchen applicances in a larger store, I have brought several quality pine cabinets in the past , Look out for what items I need , Good choice of Dvd, other ornaments on shelf displays , Friendly staff , I have used click and collect in the past and this was straightforward

Organised with them for some furniture to be sold as leaving property. Guy ( not friendly at all by the way) came a couple of weeks ago and said most of the items would be fine to be collected. Made sure all were nicely cleared and easy to access. Then when guys came to collect they refused to take more than half of the stuff saying they were not in a good enough condition to be resold! They created a lot of stress to my mother in law who had just lost her husband. Why couldn't the first guy who did the assessment say this in the first place ? Extremely disappointed!

Excellent selection and very helpful guy in the showroom. Delivery service was also good. Definitely recomend and of course an excellent charity.

I bought a bed settee two years ago and was very pleased with the item and the price. This year I found a smaller version of the bed settee and bought that. Now I need a small armchair to complete the set so I pop in on a regular basis. They have amazing items at fair prices, you should go and have a look.

Beth the store manager is so helpful and when she understands what style of furniture you want lead's you straight to what you are looking for. There is always a little gem in the inventory that I can't resist at a very reasonable price. They took back a sofa that I had access issues with on an exchange for another in stock item. Would highly recommend this store just give me first choice ?.Thanks Paul Wilson.

Delivery staff are rude. You pay for them to 'deliver to the room if your choice'. They argued with me about this and fought with me before finally putting the furniture in the room i requested. I checked with the shop also and they said that was the service i pay for.Woman who i complained to on the phone said what i was sqying didnt sound like her staff as they are polite. Nothing will be done clearly.Dont bother with delivery.

Got a full 3 piece suite sofa and chairs from here. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Quality is great. Although some things are a little pricey, I found this deal to be beyond reasonable. Extremely happy with my experience here. Sadly they don?t seem to have enough staff which means the staff here are a little stretched, but they don?t let it effect their service with a smile.The chap who moves everything about was greatful for my help to load my own furniture, which was nice. Poor lad struggles along and still remains high spirited and friendly.I would certainly recommend this store for anyone who needs something quickly or cheap. For our first home, they helped kit us out nicely.Thanks again BHF Hemel, you?re all great and so was the well organised clean and easy to navigate store. Well done to you and your hard work. I hope more people come to join your team soon though.
