Product is good but delivery is shambolic. Placed two orders now and both have been chaotic, given the delivery charge was £200 each time! No automated email/text etc to say it’s even been dispatched or to say which day the orders will arrive. Couriers just turn up whenever and expect someone to be in to help them unload...
