I had a senior moment when using iTunes on my laptop, instead of plugging in the hard drive with my library on, I plugged in my stand alone disc drive, anyhow I did something, don't know what, but it totally messed up my iTunes.Elliot arrived bang on 10am as agreed, he spent an hour and a half working on the problem, he successfully resolved all the issues.Tested everything was working as it should, and then left.Very reasonable rates.A very nice polite person, I would happily recommend him to anyone with an IT issue.Thank you Elliot ?.

Couldn?t have asked for a better service or outcome. Price was very reasonable and he was able to fix the laptop and have it back to me in less than 24 hours, when another company had told me it was irreparable. Wouldn?t hesitate to return should I need to! Thank you :-)

My SD Card corrupted and i lost access to all my pictures on it, Elliot was so helpful and patient.. he managed to get them all back and put them all on a USB drive and on top of that he fixed my corrupted SD card too.. Would defo recommend.. very friendly..

I called Elliot and he answered the phone professionally and nicely. I told him what was wrong with my computer and he was quick to offer me a solution. I tried it and hey presto my computer was fixed. He didn't charge me for this solution which was also great. Couldn't ask for anything more than that.

Really happy with the repairs Elliott did to my laptop at very short notice. He was able to source a new keyboard and replace the old one in one day and charged a very fair price for the work. I highly recommend him and he's a nice chap who's happy to give advice too.
