Very disappointed with the young unprofessional staff. Despite the fact that it is their duty to help customers, they have been rude and only after half an hour of waiting and getting the manager involved, I succeeded to get my problem solved when it could have been done in just couple of minutes only if they would have been cooperative.I used to be a regular customer of this shop but lately they lack so much on the services sector that it made me change my mind and consider other shops...

As a woman myself at the moment and for the past years Deichmann is the best place to get shoes for me. I wear a 43-44 shoes size and they got it. But not only the size, but the stylish design too.
