They're not great. I imagine most of these reviews are fabricated considering they respond to them for some reason. There's one guy who has worked there a long time who is extremely rude. For a "post office" most of them are extremely inept. Ive had them refuse to do a large letter even though the letter very comfortably fits the measurements. I've had them refuse to give me my parcel because they didn't know how to put it on their system. I've had them only give me one parcel even though i had two to pick to up because they didn't know how to put it on their system. I've stood in an empty store for 5 minutes waiting to be served while the rude guy (i won't name him) stood there ignoring me then to eventually say "can't you see i'm busy".However, there is a lovely lady who works there who is very capable and polite. Without her, the clueless guys wouldn't have a shop to work in to be quite honest. Pray she serves you when it comes the post office services.

Excellent family run Post Office with a lot of extra products on offer.A real local gem and our go to shop for Cards, gifts, wrapping paper, etc.Highly recommended

Nice Post Office in Chaulden shops where you can buy sweets, gifts, stationery, magazines, newspapers...Outside, just by the entrance, there's a post box and a "free to use" ATM...there's also a disabled parking spot.The staff are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful.

Absolutely brilliant PO; staff very professional, and helpful. Free parking with plenty of space. Only PO open on a Sunday which is FANTASTIC for someone who works 6 days per week and unable to get to the PO before closing. In addition it?s only 5 minutes from where I live.

So helpful, I was able to send a tracked package on a Sunday. So useful, being the only post office for miles open on a Sunday. Always so polite and great stock.
