Never like going as not the friendliest place but they are normally adequate. I went twice yesterday, first time I queued at the post office counter while watching two staff serve one customer on the shop side, while ignoring me. They eventually got round to serving. The second time I posted a return package to Amazon, which seemed to go fine... until I discovered the next day the receipt they gave me by mistake was for the 40 stamps the customer before me bought! Which means I now have no proof that I posted my return. Just hope it gets back OK. They need to improve not just their customer service but also their attention to the work they are supposed to be doing.

Very poor customer service. I was quoted for a parcel the day before but the return had an address issue, fair enough. On returning today with the correct address I was refused service because parcel force had already picked up and there was no where apprently to store the item, which although tall is only 5.5 cm thick and extremely light. The Post Office is meant to be of service to the community. Very fed up and will go elsewhere in the future.

Worst customer service on both the visits. Lady at counter is extremely rude and in rudeness she herself contradicts with her own work.Saw reviews and I absolutely agree. I doubt if this lady knows the meaning of customer service.She badly needs help.Post Office needs to intervene.Shameful

Don't like this shop at all, I was quieng up in the mail section about 9 people in front, a lady asked me are you in the delivery mail section, I replied I don't know what'know what's going on, so i went to the a place and lady serving said I was right in quieng up in the first place in a sort of loud and said something else, im thinking I could get a ladder out and que up the top of it,

I concur with the other reviews mentioning rude staff and inconvenience. Have just been into the village to post a parcel that wouldn't fit in the post boxes and was turned away, said they "already have lots of things to post". Next pick up is friday, suggest you come back then. I dont understand.

I regularly use this Post Office and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and speedy. As shown on Google Maps, they?re shut for one hour in the afternoon during the week. I?ve visited at varied times during these opening hours and have never had a problem.

I never left a negative feedback anywere in my life and this is a post office:)) and when you see the feedback that people left you understand .... you're job it's working at a post office is to help and be kind to people that visit your shop (post office) not giving them strange faces and turning your back in a very rude manner aspesialy to a person that says heloo and asks info in a very polite maner..... anyway 10 drive to Chipperfield solve my problem and also I was happy to meet a nice and friendly person

The Royal Mail post pillar box in Bovingdon on the High Street is located right outside the village Post Office and Newsagents. It's recently been repainted and is looking good, even with all its COVID-19 virus pandemic NHS goodwill knitted attire. This attire has now been updated to a colourful and nicely made crocheted cloak.Access to it is easy on foot but by vehicle, not as easy as it may look. Yes motorists can park kerbside right besides it, but timing is important. Bovingdon is a thriving village and has a big traffic and parking problem, so best to avoid normal shop opening hours.Please LIKE ? if you found this review helpful thank-you.

Literally the worst post office I?ve ever experienced. You know it has to be bad when anyone has actually gone to the effort to review a post office... The staff are rude, it?s open whenever they feel like it and they don?t update times online. It?s actually a battle to send anything- I would say 75% of the time after arriving, I walk away still carrying the parcel I came to post.

We have given up using this local post office now. We Thought we?d give them the benefit of the doubt again today, however Literally everything is a drama and seems such hard work for the staff there to help or even serve you. They really don?t want to help you atall.shame, trying to support the small local businesses during this pandemic. I?ll take my custom else where from now on. People Don?t waste your time using this shop. The post office in chipperfield ,kings langley or Sarrat all offer a much nicer ,friendly, professional service.

Unfortunately I have to agree with all other reviews, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I walked in just behind another gentlemen to return a parcel and I was turned away as it was 1 minute into their lunch break. It would?ve taken 30 seconds max to serve me, but they profusely refused. Safe to say this will be my one and only visit.

Terrible customer service but functions as a post office. Generally feels as if you're a massive inconvenience for daring to use their services. Tend to go further to Chipperfield when I can.edit: the newer member of staff is great and is even going so far as to actually try and be nice to customers.

Unnecessarily rude post officer who acts like every customer keeping them in business is an annoyance. Staff at the Amersham or Chesham branches are far nicer.
