Just used once but will not use again. Exremly poor quality. Car wheels were still dirty. Paint work had white marks. Just wanted to get paid for reckless poor quality work. They Do not care about customer service or satisfaction.

Great wash but let down in other areas...Left car wash and came home wheels were still dirty and could still see dirt on the bonnet and roof...I would have thought they would have used product to shine the tires as most other do...I won't return as I've received better service elsewhere

The guys at waves Jarman Park have just cleaned my bosses Mingling dog hair field, stinky muddy car. They made a great job of it . It wasn?t nice so I would thoroughly recommend them. I?m sure they didn?t wanna do it but they did for a fair price the best job they could. Just sorry I didn?t take a before photo

We will not come back! They didn't even clean the inside doors, all 4 exactly the same! Didn't wipe properly the dust. I had to do it again at home. For almost 30£.... Shame

I don't usually use car washes, but was in a hurry and had no time to do it myself. The lads here done an amazing job and their products are all by Autoglym! so was safe on the ceramic coating of my car. Rushed to get my car done before they closed and did a poor job. Car was still dirty on skirting boards, under windscreen wipers not touched, top half of my license plate was still dirty. They clearly hadn't done a proper job and when I complained they said it was my car, and they did as good a job as they could.I refused to pay as they clearly hadn't cleaned the car. They tried to lock up and leave with my car key. In the process of trying to stop them (just moving in their way, not touching them) I had my phone taken from me (just grabbed out of my hand) and was then assaulted (pushed on the floor).Avoid them if you want a proper job done to clean your car without the threat of being injured by their staff.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Where do I start. Absolutely amazing, very professional staff working on site. I asked for a specific service, they informed me there would be a short wait before they can start. I had left my keys with them while I went to go do a spot of shopping in the local amenities. When I came back they had done everything I would of expected and more. There were some hard to reach areas in my car which needed cleaning which to my surprise was done very well. They had organised all the bits and bobs in my car and boot neatly (as I had left it in a messy state when I handed it over) and asked me to sieve through them they then threw the rubbish away. This is not your average car wash, I?ll be coming back again.Services: Polishing

First car wash after lockdown, car wash was amazing & staff really put in effort & detail as it was not that busy. They also offered full sanitisation of interior as part of their wash which is very good during the pandemic we are in
