Well came in for a sports pack the old lady on the desk was rude very unhelpfull told me without the returns I can't get one aldo I told her I'd gave it in to another chemist .regardless she has no reason the question me the sports packs are for whoever want them or need them save sharing and deaseces being spread.very argumentative lady very unhelpfull .would advise to use hightfeild chemist best around

The chemist has gone down hill the customer service is appalling , the eldery lady is very rude and should consider retiring she is not a people person at all

A really good pharmacy, the staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are very knowledgably and always explain anything different about your medication. Good to use a local small pharmacy - you certainly get a better service.

Very friendly, helpful and compassionate. After purchasing from here, I realised that I needed to use their bathroom. I'm registered disabled and have lots of tummy issues. After showing them my disabled card they were happy to let me use it - very much appreciated as I appreciate that due to COVID they have to be very careful. Thank you.

Since I joined woods pharmacy I can honestly say I?m thrilled with the experience and the staff and pharmacist are so helpful and friendly. Never had a problem with medication not like my old pharmacy. Totally love it .
