I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the staff at this Boots location. Specifically, the individual with the thick glasses, who I had the displeasure of interacting with. He was not only unfriendly, unhelpful and unpleasant, but he also made my shopping experience a nightmare.I have never encountered such poor customer service and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this branch at all costs. The staff's attitude and behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately. I have taken the liberty of contacting Boots head office to express my disappointment and to bring attention to this individual's behavior. I hope that action will be taken to ensure that customers will not have to endure such poor service in the future. Until then, I recommend finding another location to shop at

Constantly closed for lunch and if they are ever open, it takes a long time to retrieve the parcel you?ve ordered for collection

Really helpful and friendly staff, pharmacist very thorough in researching current medication before recommending something for a minor issue.Would definitely come back here.
