Visited this store for the first time and left a bit confused as it made no sense to me, I asked if I could purchase a item that they had in stock, but they were unable to sell it to me as there were no computers in the shop and the gentleman suggested I could purchase it from a shop further down the road?I just thought to myself if you are unable to sell anything why are you still trading/ open?I left politely without anything,First impressions stick

Visited this store (with an appointment) for an MOT on my phone. I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes. To be fair, the staff were busy but not one them acknowledged me or the potential customers who came and went. When someone did eventually speak to me they didn't know why I was there and couldn't care less. I left and won't be back

Ridiculous service, feel sorry for the staff because they are polite? cannot provide a service as the manager is not there, it?s like going to Nando?s and not be able to buy chicken?. The vibe in the store is depressing, seriously need a rocket up their back sides..

Went into the store at 12:30 and there was a queue. Went back later and was assisted by a helpful chap. Was looking to upgrade my sister's phone and asked for the best price they could offer as I had been a customer for a number of years. I was quoted £70 up front and £62 a month for 5gb data. They had a deal for an additional connection at £56 a month but could not match this for an upgrade. Went to Tesco and they provided the same handset over the same contract term with 3gb data for £55 a month and no up front handset fee. The chap in EE said you pay more for better service and coverage but the cost was much too high. Over 2 years it would have cost an additional £238 minimum to stay with EE. I say minimum as EE increase their contract costs during the contract which Tesco do not. Sorry EE you have lost a customer. Given 2 stars as the chap was polite but overall service offering was poor.

It depends what day you go in - today was spectacularly unhelpful. They can't help with anything they have sold you the previous week because they're not trained. This is then bolstered with a nice bit of sarcasm .

Not good just out to make there target and get commission all young just there to rip people of something goes wrong with your device they don?t want to know my router was still under guarantee when it went wrong when it came back was told guarantee was void it had water damage how does a router get water damage they said could be condensation is that my fault complete rubbish service.
