I donated a small bag of items last week at Cancer Research in Hitchin, but disappointingly the man with dark hair behind the counter completely ignored me whilst I was standing at the counter, then he went on to serve a customer, I politely asked if I could just donate and he didn't even look at me, just nodded his head. Cancer Research is a worthwhile charity, but sadly this staff member is doing the charity a total disservice. Sadly I will now be donating elsewhere. No donations = no sales = no money raised and this staff member needs to realise this and consider the impact of his behaviour.

Great shop, good prices. Manager was nice and polite when I visited. I get some of my clothes here regularly

I have had one of the most pleasant experiences here, the staff helped me so much as I?m getting on a bit and they were nothing short of going the extra mile to really help me, I can?t thank all the staff and volunteers enough for my fantastic experience. Would recommend as an amazing place to volunteer.
