Brilliant staff and very helpful when arranging a little treasure hunt for my wife's anniversary, they went above and beyond to help and make it a special gift. Coffee shop and Restaurant upstairs is very good too

This cafe is one of my favorite spaces in Hitchin. It's a lovely, bustling hub which is delightful for all decide to step in. Their coffee is delicious too which helps! ?

I stumbled upon this enchanting little store whilst doing some Christmas shopping.It was selling a selection of beautifully crafted decorations and trinkets alongside a nice selection of homewares and gifts.The service was warm, friendly and relaxed. I was served by a manager or owner who was very welcoming and chatty. Despite the store being very busy, she gave me an impeccable level of service.I had planned to come back to try the food from the attached restaurant after my christmas shopping but had to leave Hitchin unexpectedly so can't comment on it.I will definitely be back soon to revisit the store and to try out the restaurant.

Had a coffee and some lovely cakes here and bought loads of beautiful bits from the shop (could have bought everything it?s so fantastic) Lovely shop floor staff, and great sale prices. Thank you from a very lucky shopper!
