Ansar, one of the manager made the whole experience and stay amazing with his kind manners, helpful approach and made it us feel like welcome. Very professional, kept the whole place extra tidy and clean and helped everyone with a big smile on his face.Rare thing to happen in Mc Donalds.Impressive, well done!

Ordered a delivery, it was wrong, they wouldent send out the right order so I had to go to pick it up, so paid for delivery can't claim it back and staff don't give a dam,

The people packing delivery orders never pay attention to making sure the bag is packed with the correct items. Paid for sauces always missing, paid for extras not included in burgers like cheese or bacon, missing drinks, wrong burger. I took a long break from ordering and decided that after 10 months of not having a single mcdonalds order I would chance it... they didn't pack the actual burger at all. I paid £15 for cold chips, an orange juice, halloumi fries and a single cheeseburger. The meal burger (McCrispy) was nowhere to be seen. Absolute joke.On the occasional visit to the branch the staff are usually sullen and the restaurant is filthy.

They ignore delivery drivers, they have waiting too long to pick up the order. It's not fair.

Long wait times sometimes, delivery drivers making access difficult due to parking on double yellow lines or limiting your choices of park and order by parking in those bays. Cramped parking area and have to wait on driver in drive-thru occasionally to be able to exit the parking space.

Usually I don?t review McDonald?s as don?t have an issue, except missing sauce etc but not a huge problem. But today I?ve gone through the drive thru and the man that served me seemed like he wasn?t bothered about serving me, seemed like he had better things to do. Have general manners gone out the window these days!? Like I was just sat there talking to this guy and he shut the window in my face. No clue who he was or his name but he?s on the intercom at 13:30 and was taking payments.
