Ordered a delivery but when it turned up several items were missing and the pizza was burnt. Driver said he would go and get the missing items but never came back. Customer services offered me 10 Slices (reward system) as a sorry, which is just their way of getting more money out of you.

Talk about worst customer service ever. Asian guy wearing a beanie with a mustache and tattoos is an embarrassment to the company, feels like I'm doing him a massive favor being there. If you don't wanna work there mate just leave ?????

The delivery drivers lie about delivering your order, get argumentative and confrontational and hang up on you when you can prove they didn?t cos you have a ring doorbell, then to top their already shocking customer service off, they refuse your refund ? Would rather shot acid than order from here again. Avoid!

Ordered veggie supreme pizza. Worst pizza I?ve ever had . Hardly any veg full of burnt onions and very oily. Will never recommend anybody to order from here. Wasted my money £25.Vegetarian options: Not well mate. Hardly any veg of burnt onions. Very oily.
