Great service station. And one of few I can honestly say give petrol stations a good image.Always clean and a friendly team who help out if needed. Staff are welcoming and its rare that they have empty shelves in store.Carwash does a great job and always recommend to others. Plus the option for hot drinks from the Costa express machine.Hot drinks sold it more for me because the machine there is always clean and presentable.Would definitely use this garage again.

Good stuff nothing to do with them.If your vehicle is too large They force you use a Platinum car washer mode because they said that they spends more than a normal car, when on the display says VANS ARE WELCOME?If is not allowed all the modes for van o other type or vehicle just say it?Don?t lie

I always like visiting this petrol station. Staff are polite, prices are usually pretty good and gloves, towels etc. are regularly in stock. If you're turning right on exit, it can be a little tricky due to the busy road and it's debatable whether you should even try it over a diagonal line box...! I just turn left and go up to the roundabout - takes seconds!!

It is not often that I get caught out. But this morning I fueled up at this place only to find that my card was declined. I had no alternative payment method.I was then treated like I had intended to steal the petrol! I felt that I was spoken to in a very condescending and patronising way. Made to feel ashamed because of a genuine error! I'm still embarrassed by it all now. I felt intimidated and publicly humiliated by the manner of the staff member who seemed to enjoy my humiliation and add further to it!This is a disgusting way to treat your customer's Shell. Retrain your staff in areas like this.I'm sharing this on other platforms.Please share if you have recieved adverse attitudes and words from Shell staff members.
