Terrible customer service at the Hitchin Store. Travis Perkins offers Blue Light Discount however you are unable to add items to the basket in order to get the discount! I liaised with customer services who informed the branch that I could use the discount in store - on arrival the lady refused to accept (despite the call from customer service), she was very rude and unpleasant. I will use another supplier in future.

Why is it when you go to store all staff play hide and seek and not only do I have to find goods, load goods I also have to search out staff to pay for goods too!! Is there a prize for who can stay hidden the longest?!

Just drove 30 min to discover that the products that are online in stock are not in the shop or at least nobody looked for them.
