Kim and Lisa were fab when I went to look at carpets. They were very patient and really took their time to ensure I got the carpets that best suited the rooms. Very happy with service and professionalism and I purchased two carpets. Definitely recommend this branch!

I asked carpetright letchworth for helpThey were amazing and acted within a day finding someone to carpet a room in flat which made all the difference to a 75 year old pensioner moving into an empty cold flat. Let me explain?.We?d Got a measure up and quote prompt before Xmas, which was great. We had a problem though as the fitting date wasn?t available till late January24, due to stock and suppliers closed over Xmas but the flat had a very cold bare floor for a 75 year old.I explained and they acted immediatelyGreat service and friendly team.Thank you carpet right letchworth

Such a lovely experience with Kim (and Grant!) when purchasing carpet for my mothers dining room today. We were going to go to another unit around the corner but we were so impressed that we decided to buy there and then. Excellent service and very much looking forward to having soft feet soon!

I have used this shop only recently, and have had a wonderful experience with the staff. Lisa and Kim were extremely helpful and paid great detail to my needs for a carpet on a strict budget. The cost of the carpet is not cheap, and to be able to explain, I needed to watch the budget and have someone not only listen but give solid advice. This is a must and made the whole process very much a pleasure to go through, and the end results are amazing. The carpert fitter supplied by carpetright was very professional and made the whole install look very easy, and the again the end result was flawless. Would definitely recommend going to the store and speaking with Kim and telling her what you need and being extremely satisfied with what you get.

We visited the shop for the second time today. We were assisted by Grant who was extremely helpful and had a friendly manner. He was able to give good advice on the various carpets we looked at. A very calm and pleasant experience.

I visited the store to make a repeat order and was greeted by Kim, who was very helpful in processing my order. The size I needed was out of stock so the manager kindly applied a discount for me on the next size up meaning I would get the carpet in time and at a similar price. I left a very happy customer! Extremely pleased and impressed. Helpful, friendly staff (Grant and Lisa) in the Letchworth branch followed by a fitting of super quality flooring. The fitter, Sam, was amazing. I watched his skill with laying both laminate and carpet making perfect joins and edgings. He worked tirelessly which meant it was finished perfectly in just a few hours. 100% recommendation for this Letchworth team.
