The guys worked hard to clean the car but£27 for inside and out is pretty expensive and it wasn't that clean tbf.

Used the IMO App to pre-purchased the top of the range car wash, Wasn't able to add any interior Valet option which was disappointing but was able to pay extra at the car wash itself. The Car Wash itself was OK, not the best but not the worst either, it completely missed the boot door and the bumper of my Peugeot 5008 but I suspect that is because of the shape of my car rather than a fault with the car wash. The Valet was good, all in all it was a good maintenance wash, not so great at a full wash because it needed additional worms at home. Would use again.

We came to this car was today in Letchworth and had the worst experience. We came out and the grill of our car had snapped off. A car wash is meant to wash your car not damage it. Now we have to pay out to buy a new grill! Would not recommend.

The guys always say hello and are helpful. The wash and the surrounding area is always clean and tidy.

Terrible. Would not recommend, did not hand wash my car properly, simply sprayed a bit of water and told me to drive forward. Ridiculous!

My first visit and was looking forward to getting my car washed here. I visited this afternoon and paid £13 for the top cleaning process. When I got home and had a look at the vehicle there were water marks all over the body of my car and windows. Very disappointed. It would have been cheaper and better to have gone to a hand-wash cleaning company.Wouldn?t recommend.

Average job and lot of water marks, also they don't dry the car properly. Use this if you need an urgent clean otherwise go to a place with hand washing
