Dan has just called an hour before my MOT booking (paid for when booked 6 weeks ago) to say Strood branch can't MOT a Nissan Navara. They obviously don't happen to be able to check as I did VOSA inform me that it is a class 4 and not class 7 so any MOT centre can carry out an MOT test. Shocking customer service. I have now been waiting 10 minutes on hold to speak to Customer Care.

I have been calling the Basildon branch for the past 20 mins without anyone answering the phone? Would suggest others save their time and go elsewhere.

The Stroud branch telephone line was left ringing unanswered, so I tried head office to see if they could get through to them for us.The head office phone also rang and rang. After 10 minutes I gave up.What is it about these companies? Do they want the business? Do they really care about customer feedback which they mention over and over on the pre recorded message played during the phone call?Not good at all, just a frustrating waste of everyone's time.

Had numerous kwik fit outlets in the midlands region deny me an appoint to have my punctured tyre replaced through the NHS fleet scheme. Eventually I did get an appointment at one of West Brom outlets and they had advised that other outlets don?t like to do these jobs and pretend they are fully booked. Not a good experience.

Under staffed place? poor service, where the mechanic just simply refused the service when I have already waited and paid 2 hours after my appointment.

Shocking from head office, bought tyres online and booked appointment for fitting. Went to local depot and tyres hadn?t arrived yet. Local depot explained that I should have been contacted by head office to let me know. Text message last night advising me of my appointment to attend. One day wasted off work waiting.Phoned head office and was assured I would have found out by close of business today when the tyres would arrive, no phone call or email. Now I have to wait until Monday to get a refund started, won?t be using them again, shocking customer service.So got a reply to this complaint and advised me to contact customer service, done that and no reply for 4 weeks. Pathetic company and service. Is their not a specific time frame for a reply to a request? Ill look to take this furtherService: Auto maintenance

Absolutely appalling customer service. I called multiple Kwikfit centers to attain basic information about my vehicle (Age & mileage of any services/MOTs) that Kwikfit may have carried out. "According to GDPR, we are not able to share that information". The level of incompetence is unbelievable. They are not able to share information completely unrelated to the individual, but they can hold that information about my vehicle?!?! Clearly don't know how GDPR Works. Will be raising a formal complaint with ICO.

Had new system fitted at the Cambridge branch 2021,the garage that did my mot said that the exhaust was blowing and the rubber hangers were worn out, im shocked to find that i now need to get it repaired.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

Bromsgrove KwikfitWaste of time, employee refused to repair a simple puncture as they were going to close in 25 minutes. They need to rebrand from KWIKFIT to CAN'T BE ARSED TO FIT.
