“Visited this afternoon, massive store, disabled parking spaces by the side entrance to m+s into mens wear (rested on the seats in the shoe department) took the lift up to the toilet and upstairs café as sign posted only to find the café closed... shame there wasn't a notice by the lift.\\n\\nThe afternoon was saved when we found another m+s café on the ground floor (where I stayed !)\\nConfusion with some customers with salted caramel frappe - yes there's no coffee in this !\\nI on the other hand had an expresso with it and sausages in a roll. Staff were amazing and brought my order of food and drink to the table (must have seen my shaky tremors)”

“Very good, wanted some trainers JD staff next door seemed more interested in their mobiles than serving. Here although more self serve the staff at least greeted and spoke with me.”
