The only reason this gets 1 star is because you can't rate it 0.£39 overnight parking, the parking area is full of potholes, some 5 6/7 inches deep.You can be blocked in if leaving early as people are allowed to park anywhere (not monitored).The showers are a disgrace,Nowhere to hang your clothes, no flat surfaces to put anything on, the shower has to be pressed continuously, which means you have to shower with one hand (not easy). The water temperature is at best described as tepid (no temperature control)The drain was that full of hair and grease that the water was still 2 inches deep when I left and will probably still be there if I was to ever go back (nor a chance.Complained to staff and told to put a review on, so here it is, but as we all know, nothing will change.£4,000 a night £20,000 a week, and you can't even get a shower.These places should be shut down and directors put on jail (most people would treat an animal like thisBet they don't respond, or if they do, it will be sorry to hear about your experience. we will look into it, or we are looking to have a refurbishment of all facilitiesStay well clear use thier facilities and parking during the day and stay well clear at night or shower somewhere elseDISGRACEFUL

This place shouldn't be called welcome break. Unwelcome would be more appropriate! Beside the expensive parking fee and potholes at the parking, at the showers you might get fungus or any other infectious disease. Very likely they never have been cleaned since opening. Several months ago I reported a drain blockage and few weeks ago, it is still blocked. Plus water bearly warm. Shame that they offer such a poor quality service for such a high price!
