Booked on treatwell at around 12pm for a 3:30pm appointment for a cut and finish. Turned up at the appointment time to be told they couldn't do it and hadn't checked treatwell and said sorry but were hardly that apologetic. Drove 15 minutes to get there and paid for parking. If going to use treatwell need to keep on top of saying it's booked as was a complete waste of my time coming.

I walked away today wanting to cry. The haircut requested was so far from the photo of a requested cut. I literally felt like a child cut my hair. The minute she cut my bangs to the middle of my forehead when it should have been to my chin I knew I was in trouble. Anyone knows once hair is cut there is no coming back. I can?t say why.. but it sure felt as if it was intentional. It?s hard to believe she could miss interpret the photo to the extent of what she did to my hair. All I can say is this was the worst experience I?ve ever had in my life. My clue should have been when I was told they didn?t have any clean capes or robes to wear. They put a small hand towel on my shoulders and cut my hair allowing hair to cover my whole body. I walked out of the salon with the worst haircut, and covered with hair. The worst, worst, horrible, horrible experience I?ve had. I?m soooo upset, I really can?t believe this happened to me.Service: Hairstyling

First time coming to Capelli, had a wash, cut and blow-dry - Alex was great as was the lovely girl who washed my hair..Will defo be back xx

Lovely friendly atmosphere and my stylist Kerry went through with me how I wanted it cut and styled .Had a very relaxing hair wash and also an intense conditioner .Very pleased with my hair cut and blow dry .I was very happy with the end results and will definitely goback again xxx
