Every visit is a pleasure - I'm going there now

My Dad was struggling on Monday and a very kind checkout assistant helped him by scanning, packing and carrying his shopping out. Brilliant service.

Good location next to canal and park. Good for campervans & small motorhomes as it's on Park For Night... "Tesco car park right next to the canal. A short walk away is the Aquadrome with lots of lovely walks. Best to park at the back left of the car park next to the canal."The Bakery section is appalling, as per all Tesco's now. Bread & pastries come in store frozen and are sold as "freshly baked". Go to Waitrose or Morrisons if you're after fresh baked bread. Stocks most of everything else.

Visited here yesterday (Good Friday) for the usual shop up. Took my elderly folks with me and mum decided to nip in for a quick look round. Having found what she wanted, she said she was going back to the car and I thought now't else of this and carried on shopping. On my return to the car, I found the on duty First Aider helping her into the car, it turned out she (mum) got lost and a bit confused as she exited the store, but this very helpful young lady saw this and helped her find the car and get into it.I'm blown away by the help this young lady gave my mum. Thank you!!!!Defo I'll be using this store again and again. Very helpful staff.....???

Generally a good Tesco. Mostly has all the stuff you need for the weekly shopping. However, recently the chicken shelf life has reduced drastically and I have had to throw a lot away because I end up forgetting that I have to use it within two days etc. Not to mention they haven?t had eggs for weeks when I?ve gone, which is ridiculous.\\n\\nThe checkout staff are on the whole friendly, although there are a few women who end up chatting with each other whilst you are standing there with an issue. The other week I had a card issue when paying and the checkout woman didn?t realise because she was busy chatting to another staff member. Also it?s happened a lot when I?m waiting there with my club card waiting for it to be scanned.

The store is well laid out, mens toilets look clean but stink... No Hot Food at all. Only Generic meal deal sandwiches which I hate. Staff seem very professional - with clean tidy uniforms and are polite/helpful.

It was very quiet when visited. But the same as all supermarkets. The cost of food has gone so high.

This Store needs to sort out the self Scan System!! Yet again today I had to wait ages for the one member of Staff who was going from one to the other! Then I had to go to the Cashier to unload all Shopping. The lady on the till then tells me there is a fault with the self Scan! Why don?t you tell us that??? So we wouldn?t bother doing it in the first place. You need more Staff in that area too! This is the 3rd time.

Gone from bad to worse. Stops stocking things you need completely and when I ask, the staff just tell you to go to Watford because they don't stock it anymore or simply just dont do it. Watford is too far for a weekly shop when I live in Rickmansworth, it's ridiculous. Prices of everything sneak up to the point where I just stop buying it. Fresh bread/baguettes run our before half the day is up and isnt replaced, zero vegetarian mousse options although they used to do them.... everything and I mean everything contains animal gelatin. The Fruit/Veg quality is just as poor. Christmas produce is abysmal- thank god for Waitrose and their vast quality wine selection and competitive prices. In the course of a year our regular shop has gone from being completely Tesco to mostly Aldi/Lidl/Waitrose mixed with the odd thing from Tesco. Have to say Aldi fruit/veg quality is amazingly good and lasts longer. Tesco stuff just rots fast. Really terrible produce. Staff are ok, not great and a couple I make a point to avoid completely. Even Morrisons is preferable at this point. As the days go by Tesco just goes further downhill.

A less pressured store with friendly staff and normally well stocked. Free parking and easily accessible.

This Tesco the main one in Ricky,is good in many ways.I find a problem with some staff, especially the till operators.I do avoid some of them. One reason, they do not wait for is to get our bags ready, and to put all our shopping on the convayer belt.!.It is like being in a race!..I have reported this more than once.It does still happen. Also less staff the other day?, on the tills?.Some products are missing lately also. There should be signs some where to explain why??.To me People do not seem to care so much now!?.Things change, yes!,but not always for the best either!!!.Thank you
