What impressed me about Windmill Cars was not only the friendly, professional service, from a well established family run business. But the value for money I got. All cars have a full service, including timing belts, with a warranty. Thank you guys, for a great worry free service.

My Sister recently bought a Nisssn Juke, which is an absolute cracker of a car. The team were really helpful and answered all the questions she had especially as she viewed the car by herself and wasn?t 100% sure what to look for even with my input. When it came to collection they helped out with sorting the tax and getting her comfortable in car. Could not fault them and had the car ready for her to drive away a couple of days later (could have been earlier but she chose to wait until I could join!) highly recommend and will be sure to return in the future when next needed!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, Rang to enquire about a van, Got told they don't take anything off the price ( Fair enough, it was worth a shot) I was willing to pay full price anyway. But then instantly hung up on before I could even tell them I'd pay full price. Not even going to bother trying again.

It's definitely the place to go for a quality affordable car!After a long search for a low mileage, above average condition well maintained car, at a fair price, I'd almost given up, when I cam across Windmill car & commercial,I'm still kicking myself for not finding and visiting here at the beginning. it was right on my doorstep!!There is definitely a quality car here for every budget, all fully serviced, 100% checked over, timing belts done as standard!!12 months or more warranty And all in very good condition!!So if you're looking for a top-quality motor, try here first and save yourself the needless hassle driving from forecourt to forecourt. I would not go anywhere else! Excellent service and very friendly, so happy to have found a reliable garage. Have never felt ripped off there like I have felt with other garages. Do book in early as they get very busy!

Pulled into Windmill when engine warning light came on and car was juddering as I have heard good reviews. My car was seen straight away and although £200+ was quoted for coil and plugs, existing one was cleaned and reused, so the final bill was just £21!Brilliant service and customer care!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have never seemed to have a good previous working relationship with this company, but the cherry on the cake was this visit.I was asked by a friend to have a look at a 1.8 diesel Ford Focus being a qualified mech myself, parked up and approached the front door and almost instantly was made to feel like an inconvenience....starter for 10.The vehicle was advertised with full service including timing belt kit installed, little lesson for masses, this particular engine (1.8 Lynx) has 2 belts, a wet belt and a dry belt which, if either one goes is bye bye engine..So I've asked the question if both belts were replaced (bearing in mind it's the sister company that does the work) and received what seems to be a standard answer in the trade now "I just sell them mate" there is nothing worse than a company who is in the business of selling that is only interested in collecting the cash, with little to no product knowledge.I've prodded a little further asking if any of the paperwork highlights the work done "yeah we don't let members of the public see our paperwork" (ok that one is fair to a point), so in asking if there's any way I can find out "yeah you can ask in the garage, but you'll need to be more diplomatic than that"......Ok, so now I lack diplomacy by asking a question...nice.In asking the garage "no mate, we don't do wet belts".So not only have I been brushed off, it took far longer to have a simple question answered and then to find out the vehicle isn't as advertised.Needless to say I saved £2k of my friend's money.....Always always take someone in the know when buying a car to avoid situations like this happening.Wasn't all bad though, there is an absolutely beautiful dog there, highlight of the visit.

Would definitely recommend this garage. A local family run garage with lots of choices of good clean well looked after cars. My daughter had just passed her test and Windmill helped with her first car, fiesta. They were genuine honest friendly guys. Thank you for a great find Windmill.

I personally think that this used car and van dealer perform beyond expectations. I think this because I recently purchased a 2009 Renault Clio from what this dealer was advertising on their website and the service that was provided was exceptional as the salesman kept a calm approach and portrayed effective body language. The salesman also used effective selling skills Furthermore, the vehicles that the dealer sell come with an exceptionally long warranty, meaning that you have a longer time to not pay money for any repairs.

I being first time driver had lot of hesitation while buying a used car. Finally after a recommendation from one of my close friend I bought a Hyundai i10 car from this dealer. Dealer offered 12months warranty (Handler Protect) I wasn't so keen as I mostly here negative reviews about warranty company. But what impressed me most was level of professionalism of the dealer. My car developed coolant leak issue after 3months (after driving merely 600miles) and engine was getting overheated after driving 5min. I took it to local garages for diagnosis and it was then troubleshooted to be leak in Thermostat housing and in the metal pipe leading to thermostat. None of the garages gave me any hope to fix it. So after some frustration I contacted this dealer again and with some difficulty I drove to his garage and left my car in his garage. I got an assurance car will be fixed soon, well then I received call within 3days that my car fixed at no cost. They provided me all details of the work which was carried out fix the problem. I know there are laws about consumer rights but I rarely hear dealer honouring such claims. Windmill Car & Commercial is definitely an exception and I am really impressed with their swift service and professionalism. They definitely deserve 5 stars. No hesitation in recommending them for buying quality used cars.Services: General repairs & maintenance
