Fantastic service from the team at St Albans Barclays today, on St Peters Street. We were greeted and given an appointment straight away. We got everything we needed to do all sorted, with zero issues, within 20 minutes. Expert service from the lovely Fai too. Wishing you a well deserved Mother's Day tomorrow Fai! I turned up 5 mins before closing with my ex-husband, we had attended to remove investment agreements from our joint account. Only time we were both available. Closing at 3pm without offering any appointments, is hardly offering a service to the public. Office hours are generally 9-5pm. You should be reassessing the services you offer. Very appointed, glad I have moved on to a different bank which serves my needs.

A useless branch. Counter is rarely open which is really annoying as a business that always needs to bank cash and you can't use the machines to deposit cash if a business. The staff keep recommending the post office who do not take cash deposits from businesses!

Horrible branch of a horrible bank. The office upstairs has one person all day. Expect to wait for up to 3 hours no matter which day or time you attend. No clear way of booking an appointment.

If I could give it no stars I would absolute joke of a bank. Waited over an hour to transfer some money. Dont use this branch as a bank I quite like them but this place is a terrible.

Terrible experience in this branch yesterday. Another customer was standing right over my shoulder yesterday, whilst I was withdrawing cash. When I asked them to move back, they were very aggressive in their response and refused. The staff behind the counter / on the bank floor offered no support and were incredibly dismissive of my concern. I?m sure most people give each other appropriate personal space when completing confidential matters at the cashier. However there is no enforcement of this basic safety and personal security measure. Following a complaint to Barclays over the phone, I was assured the branch manager would call me back. No phone call as yet.

I wish I can give lower then 1 star the staff at this branch is usually one person in the whole building and even that one person is as useless as an astray on a motorbike. I went there 5 times to change my address and it took me 10 days to get it done I will definitely change my bank as soon. This Barclays branch I can honestly say it could be the most horrible staff service will ever exist the staff is soooo clueless total (SHEEP) if you are planning to get something done then avoid this branch

Counter service doesn't really exist. What there is closes at 2pm and there is none on Saturday. Pretty shabby . Additionally I physically (myself) posted a letter three times, thee separate occasions) asking for Barclays to do ONE thing. Nothing happened. I assume Barclays ST Albans don't open hand delivered letters? Tell me what was the CEO's bonus?
