“Cannot thank Jo and Bohart(?) enough for their fabulous assistance today in getting me my Hobbs dress for my step daughter’s wedding in a smaller size (I needed a smaller petite size). They called around all the Hobbs shop until they found one for me. Went over and beyond on service and all the time with lovely smiles. They were genuinely invested in helping me. “I done a click and collect today and wasn’t sure of the fit of my dress. I was considering a refund and perhaps a smaller size. I approached a lovely lady named Paula and asked her to have a look at the dress on for her opinion. She happily assisted me to the fitting rooms and gave me wonderful feedback on the dress. In the end I didn’t need a smaller size after all! Thanks Paula :-)”

“Selection of shoes fantastic, but didn't have my size. Womens coats are limited to blues and blacks as far as I could tell but I needed khaki for a trip to Africa. You don't wear blues and blacks as they attract the bugs but they could only offer this for mens coats not womens staff were efficient and very good .”

They were amazing with my little one who loved the shop and were so helpful one lady had blue hair soon to be purple today and other lady had blonde hair. “Fantastic service! I went in in a panic but my issue was solved very quickly and fitted without any issue. I feel you do need to pay more than minimum wage to your staff out on the forecourt who have to stand in the rain fitting the parts. They deserve so much more as you have hero’s working for you!”
