“Very Friendly family run business who I have been neighbours to since they set up here many years ago . Lovely shop has everything from ya basic needs and daily replenishment. Also had a good choice of alcohol and cigarettes. Even brings in some good food and drinks not sold in many other shops around . They are easy, down to earth people , always Friendly chat and banter . Get on very well with them .”

“I've bought some great bargains from here, on a couple of occasions it's been the last one on the shelves. Great prices in the stores so always worthwhile popping in to see what's on offer. The Folding handle griddle pan I bought last year is very excellent for £12! ?.”

“This is a great 'garage' supermarket. Open from early morning until late evening. Always a great selection of products for a local supermarket. Staff do an excellent job from stacking shelves to checking one out. Always reliable.”

“I love the co op, food is great. Offer a delivery service. Though if there is something wrong with your order they don't answer the phone linked to google, quite frustrating.”

“A great local shop. Now with a post office is really useful too. Used that yesterday. Service was good and quick. We must support these type of shops. They have a hard time competing with the big stores, but provide a great service to the community. 'Use it or lose it'.”

“Since the shop refit this place is fabulous, the food from the bakery/breakfast section is great, had a sausage, bacon and egg roll and it was delicious. Staff friendly and polite and prices good as well.”

“Good shop with variety but pointless new security guard just standing there staring at you like you’re going to nick some crisps and noodle packs, he likes to follow customers and then pretend he’s just going your way and stop where you stop. Not sure if it’s profiling but sometimes I wonder why the security guard feels I’m going to risk jail time to steal some 65p noodles especially coming out of my car to go in the shop in the first place. What’s he gonna do jump on my bonnet as i try to make a getaway?”

“I live locally to this store, and have been visiting on a near-daily basis for over a year. They are often understaffed, and busy restocking or organising shelves. To the other reviewers for the store, I ask for a little more empathy; the people I know working at this branch are simply doing their best, and when you ask for their attention (especially if you need them at the checkouts), they're happy to help.A little patience and understanding will go a long way.Any complaints I personally have are directly attributable to the co-operative management rather than the staff that actually work here. This store is in an excellent location and shouldn't be struggling the way it is currently.”
