Manager not very knowledgeable, about 50 mins so far and counting for a DHL parcel to do the paperwork?? Notvery professional. Also not a sign of DHL Service. If you're in a hurry don't go there. She's trying to be polite, but I wouldn't call a DHL express service point

The counter staff Jayne at WH Smith attended to me despite it being close to closing time and was very helpful and managed to send my DHL courier
