Posting on behalf of Gillian Dempsey and Francis DempseyWish I could give one star - avoid this place at all costs.Incorrect information given at time of booking regarding visa requirements, hence cost us an additional 3k for new flights due to waiting for visa acceptance.This is why we go to so called travel experts for correct hassle free peace of mind .Still no follow up correspondence from flight center customer care services , bearing in mind all conversations were recorded.Shocking service .Look elsewhere as we will be doing in the future.

If there was 0 star option I would choose that. Briefed Aoife MacElvogue on a summer holiday advised happy to decide and book within the week. Waited 10 days no phonecall or email. No handover to anyone else. Do not recommend booking with her at all.
