Recently went to this bank to resolve serious issues that had arisen in my account as a result of fraud. I was greeted immediately upon arrival & was able to resolve the issues in a clear easy manner. I was made to feel heard & recieved lots of fantastic advice and support. I want to give particular recognition to Nigel who spoke to me and answered all of my questions and helped me to resolve my issues and address my concerns. I would highly recommend this bank and feel reassured to know they've got my back when things go wrong.

Had to go to a branch and ID myself in person. I did and I asked several times - Is this done now? Has it been registered that I ID myself? And I was told yes!It was not and I had to ho to another branch AGAIN yo ID myself!

Mr Richard and Ms Lauren P. went above and beyond to make sure I feel welcome and catered to, even though the issue I had was a bit problematic and time consuming. Stellar support. I received much more than I hoped for and actually spend my time in the branch really nice.

Needed a password reset first thing this morning.Was first in door, panicking about withdraws I needed to make over the bank holiday online.The lady who saw to me (forget her name) was so lovely. Helpfully/ jolly/ new what she was doing. Really good customer service.Thank you lovely lady.

Useless branch. Just one member of staff who wanders around with a tablet and not a single other member of staff.No counter service... Literally no point in having a branch open.

Even 1star is too much for this useless branch in town. We filled up forms on the 27th of August for a child account, the staff checked all the documents and told us everything is fine and we will hear from them. Heard nothing for 2 weeks ,popped in again and was told by a lady staff with a hyjab saying I ll get the card in 7 days. Still nothing, so popped in again on the 15th of October only to be told that none of my forms were uploaded and I want be getting any bank account card unless re do all this. What a waste of our time...useless staff and bloody liars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS branch.

Everytime I have been here I had everything solved. Hailey was very effective, friendly and supportive with me today with my online banking. Moreover this was the only bank that agreed to open a bank account when I firts came tp UK.

Paying in cashiers only available during weekdays, I need to use HSBC to bank cash to CAF bank for the charity I run the finances of and it's nigh on impossible with a full time job to bank here.
