Skechers are the biggest con on these planet... I bought the shoes because they say they are really good for your feet but only add them on for two days and in severe pain with my knees and we'll need to take some days off work to rest that's how much agony I'm in

Been wearing Skechers for years and this was my first purchase from Skechers direct and I certainly won?t be ordering directly from them again.They don?t respond to emails as a lot of reviews on here state. My first email was due to the website dropping a part of my address when entering so I emailed about this and still to this day I was not contacted back.I returned the trainers as they were marked a little nothing terrible but still I have never had this before. I again emailed 2 separate times and no response from Skechers.I managed to find a telephone number which did get my refund actioned, however the member of staff couldn?t offer an explanation as to why emails are being ignored and other reviews are saying the same thing. I would expect a company as well know as sketchers to be able to a basic functioning customer services.

Terrible Customer service order online waited a month still nothing, contacted customer service yet again, who are doing an investigation why this didn't happen on my first email who knows, have been told this could take yet another 10 days which will be six weeks, I've had to continuously chase the Sketchers customer service team , for a world wide company this is far from good enough, Ive had to contact them by email only their response takes at least 5 days, & even then they don't have the answersSketchers you really have no customer commitment

Today in Bromley Glades Sketchers store assistants need to be trained in customer service and welcoming attitude not follow customers in the shop interrupt and question them with asking did you say I was rude I heard you... Do staff question customers for complaining about the bad service...

Voucher purchased for a family member in December, from Oxford Street London branch, as a Christmas gift. Family member has attempted to use said voucher in our local branch and apparently the voucher is only redeemable in skechers 'USA' branches. Was not informed of this at the time and the customer service rep said this happens all the time. Family member cannot get to London so how does she attempt to spend this voucher? Won't bother again,very poor service.

Love the products, but don?t buy through their website. It?s been more than two weeks since my item reached the warehouse. Still waiting for refund and they are ignoring all my emails.

Trying to send an email after my father took a fall on fallen pos in a store in uxbridge. Can?t find a single working email address, the ones given are not a functioning email address and the only complaint form I can find is also not working. 5 times filled in and 5 times told that is has failed to send. This is ridiculous

Horrible customer service. My order number 21092747 , cancelled after 2 weeks for no Valid reason. Money not refunded. I had paid for standard delivery within 3-5 working days. And no customer care number to contact.
