Same as usual. Had to ask a member of staff where the shredders were. Got the usual service.Over there. Then a point in the direction. Nothing like the adverts. Wrong price came up at the till. So had to go and get the ticket from the shelf otherwise I would have been charged £4 more

Terrible. I asked for assistance to purchase a tablet by a bald headed guy working on the laptop section. He then said someone will be coming, despite him not serving a customer at the time. He then proceeded to serve someone else 5 minutes later. I asked another person and he said he would be with me shortly?he never came.I complained to a third assistant who said I would have to wait for one of the assistants (the two included the first one). At this point I left - I would not continue to stand there and wait like a fool!A complete lack of customer service and professionalism. Take your money elsewhere!

I was quite disappointed in my experience there.Being a tech / gamer that's the department I spent most of my time in.Where do I begin?So I went to the far back and I saw displays that had half of it removed TV's inside cages with what looked to be an outline for a racing chair.So why was that display still there?They had a huge enclosed gaming set up what looked like an E-sports arena looping the same demo over and over.Why?They had some gamer chairs with their price tags on for display yet the chairs were dirty. Only saw about 2-3 gaming rigs for sale which I could build better for cheaper. The meta quest 3 display wasn't working. The staff never greeted us even though we walked past several members who weren't doing anything.I followed the instructions on the app to pick up my item on arrival, it said I was number 4 in a queue. After waiting 10 minutes the number never went down even though there was no one at the pick up desk.I waited at the desk for further 5 before being approached asking if I'm here to collect. To be honest why do they need a giant warehouse store when they don't have the items available there anyways and you have to wait 3 days for them to arrive there to collect.There were no displays for computer components.

Beware, Curry's have charged me for a television i have not received, I've been on the chat 3 times, been on the phone i don't know how many times, been in the store twice to be told the Manager was going to ring me, he hasn't bothered, I'm really fed up now, I don't know why someone can't sort this out, I'm getting passed all over the place. I will be sending a complaint, this is the second time curry's have done this to me, 1st time was a airfryer and now a television.Shame on you Curry's, see you later this week. Someone needs to sort this out

Large out of town example of this popular retail chain. Seems to combine the best of both Currys and PC World brands. However, some of the equipment on display, especially in the PC department, isn't functioning and has been like that for several weeks already!
