I really recommend NOT to buy any electronic devices from these thieves.I bought a Samsung Tablet with a 6 months warranty. It shows a warning alarm called "Moisture in the chager or the charging port and disconnect the charger" when it charged at the very first. They said its normal due to the weather condition in this country and they cleaned it by applying some hot air to the charging port. However it was occurred continuously on the next week onwards and then they said they have nothing to do with that and asked me to contact Samsung customer support.So don't care about their warranty, its just some words only.

Shocking service, went there to purchase a sony VR headset. Wouldn't let me touch it unless she stood between me and the door even though I had two young children with me, even then kept putting most of it under the counter so I couldn't inspect it, talk about rudeness and not reading the room. I said I will take it and whether they had the controller and camera for it which are normally separate, one minute it was yes then no then yes then no, felt like I had to push them to sell me the dam thing, clueless. "While serving me in-between walking away and doing other things" I asked what games are compatible with this VR set and they left me standing there like a spare part while they went off serving other customers again. After getting tired of waiting and feeling ignored confronted them as to who they were serving first and they had the nerve to ask the new customer if it was ok to carry on serving me, REALLY ? Didn't bother purchasing it apart 2 other normal games they had already put through the till, clearly they didn't need my money or any desire to sell the VR set or games. Never been treated with such disregard,

If you're looking for cheap second DVDs, games or electronics. This is a pretty good place to startThe staff are friendly enough.Ideal place if you have old tech to sell rather than eBay etc.I just wish that they would dust there shelfs.!

Great tech shop to recycle old tech for money or vouchers which you can then use to buy newer or up to date replacements.

Expensive for used goods and the fact they give you more on a store voucher than cash says everything my advice walk 5 minutes to the other end of Waltham cross shopping center and go to cash converters. Just like CEX with out the BS.

I ordered a flight stick online last ThursdayIt came from this store, for some reason they didn't bother to dispatch it,Now it says in delivery but tracking doesn't work,It also says ive received a refund,.I have not received either, before 2022 all CEX store's were brilliant at despatching orders,Now I have no flight stick or no refund.Don't really understand tbhas cex have always been of high standards.
