No one thought to offer me varifocals for working with screens. Already stressed and struggling with headaches, epileptic episodes and a problem with light sensitivity. Ended up with useless just readers that left me practically in tears. Already paid £189 for the first set. Ended up paying £70 more.Felt a wee bit rushed picking frames.Staff although incredibly polite and seemingly helpful, it just felt like only after a sale to be frank. Perhaps a little more product placement.Think team member knew mistake had been made and tried apologising. Another team member 's comments didn't help.why should I take them on and off? I explained what I needed the glasses for. I got the wrong thing. That's not on me. I did get another eye test. Thank you for that. Sorry about the review but on top of everything else.. already stressed about my eyes. I thought I'd laid everything on the line.

2nd time frame arm hinges snapped poor quality 1st snppaed in October and again Xmas day now I have to pay 44.00 to get same pay or I can get a new fame but will have to buy new lens as well this is hiw they get you make more money out of you

I needed my glasses tightening up as they kept coming loose.I explained this to the assistant and I was out in less than 10 minutes.Brilliant service with polite staff.

Was seen were quickly and from start to finish all staff who dealt with me were extremely polite and professional. The optician was extremely understanding, tested my eyes, determined that I needed YAG laser treatment due to a cloudy left eye. He advised me that after the treatment to book a further appt and have my eyes tested again and then select the frames and complete the order.Great service from all in the store.Well done and keep up the good work.

Found and booked appointments online, on the same day literally because there were cancellations. Went there earlier and didn't have to wait. Helpful staff and the optician Ketan was quick and professional.

The staff are plan rude. I asked for help choosing new glasses. The lady seemed only interested in booking me an eye test appointment and said she'd be back in 5 minutes to help. 10 minutes later, I walk up to her, and she totally ignores me. So I cancelled my appointment and walked outThe customer service was awful 4 years ago when I lasted used them. I won't be wasting my time again.

After I ordered my glasses and waited for 3 weeks, the right lens of my glasses was delivered broken, right after I waited another 3 weeks, I realized that my right lens was a different lens that was not prescribed to me, and after a day of headache, I got a refund. Terrible service I regret stealing my 6 weeks. I'm not suggesting.

Excellent experience staff extremely fruendly caring and professional from receptiin to optician brilliant service
