Great shop for creative kids and arts and crafts. Couldn't find what I wanted but found some alternatives.I needed a small plastic bag for the few small items I purchased but was told by the girl behind the counter that they wanted to save the planet and only had oversized large bags for a ridiculous amount of money.I'm pretty sure we are all aware that it was a poor excuse to sell a large bag.I ended up leaving the shop juggling my small items in my hands.

We went in The works today what a lovely shop and such a variety of toys, study books, joke books, painting arts and crafts so cheap. A wide selection too. The walls were decorated by the staff with arts and crafts to show what cld be made:) Staff obviously work hard there and take pride in their shop:)Thank you to Amanda who served us she was really helpful and friendly ?We will be back soon! Went back and saw Holly she was a customer service star too, all great staff?

Friendly and helpful staff , Amanda helped me with my shopping list and suggested some items I hadn?t thought of for kids Christmas stockings.Also gave me a tip with the clay to keep in the fridge .

Cannot fault the staff here. So friendly and helpful. Martin goes the extra mile everytime, usually because I want stuff of the highest shelves! Often see Anthony in the bank and he recognises me and is always a happy well mannered guy. I'm crossing my fingers they move into the Argos site so there's more room for all the great stuff and the staffing team and customers don't feel so cramped. ????

This for the manager at the store at Waltham Cross fantastic and keeps the store looking fantastic and her know that am special needs and looks after everyone and the staff are fantastic also

I can't thank a wonderful member of your team Monica in the waltham cross branch enough for her help, friendliness and truly wonderful customer service , I purchased some helium balloons yesterday and Monica was amazing she went above and beyond when letting me know of the offer on certain balloons to asking what colour ribbon and what height i would like all done with such a love for her job and care for the customers experience she is a real credit to your team Thank you so much Monica *****

It's decent but feels quite narrow. Enfield town and wood green branches are bigger. Great prices!
