The staff are super friendly, and the interior of the bank is like something from a movie set with music playing softly in the background. Within 15 minutes, my issue was resolved. “I used the branch today for the first time with my Aunt- helping her do some banking, as she is quite elderly. It's probably the best customer service I've ever received in any context or location.\\n\\nWe were served by Darshra, she was utterly professional and courteous and made us feel at ease, during the long process of a complex transfer of funds. She was patient and considerate of our needs made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.\\n\\nWe were served very quickly and left feeling quite blown away by how well we were treated. “I cannot fault Nationwide The Parade Watford. Over he last year I opened an online account, I had nothing but trouble with it and he Staff have been wonderful trying to fix my faults. They have persevered well beyond their job descriptions. All the staff have been so helpful. Even the lady from Rickmansworth branch, she spent a very long time sorting out my problems. If you have branch of the year awards, I recommend that The Parade gets it. So grateful to them.”
