My plumber directed me to Brands and to Stephan in particular when putting in a new bathroom. Stephan has a fantastic knowledge of what products are available and was very good at understanding the look i had in mind. Ordering and delivery went very smoothly. All of the staff were just very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this company.

I just wanted to drop you all a quick note and especially Richard for your fantastic help and support in my hour of need.Last week whilst on furlough, I decided to try and un-block my downstairs cloakroom sink and what was meant to be an easy job, turned into a situation whereby my whole pop-up plug assembly and u bend needing replacing. I phoned your good selves and spoke to a very helpful and polite lady and explained my DIY dilemma. The lady assured me not to worry and that she would get Richard to call me back. Richard called me back within 5 minutes and told me to come down to your premises and he would help me out.Cut a long story short, Richard was extremely helpful, polite and got all of the parts that I needed, talked me through reassembly and said he would be available to talk to on the phone if I had any issues when putting everything back together. His help and advice was spot on and I got the job done. Richard observed all of the correct precautionary anti - Covid 19 government advice throughout my visit, which was even more reassuring.I felt that the least that I could do would be to take 5 minutes to thank Brands Of Watford for being open, Richard for being at work and for his brilliant service and assistance!Please pass the content of this email on to Richard and please feel free to use it for any promotional activity that you practice.I wish you all well in these very worrying times.Please note for the record that I am not a member of the family that own this company, our mutual name is purely coincidental.Many thanks.SincerelyNicholas Brand

I used Brands of watford for the first time yesterday, these guys are super helpful and honest,My underfloor heating stopped working and i was quoted over £200 by plumbers for call out charge/parts/labour etcI emailed Jamie at Brands who said i need to replace just one part costing £25 and it may fix the problem., i went to the store, spoke to jamie for 20 minutes who told me what i need and how to fit it, took me 5 minutes to fix and everything is working perfectly.Their prices are cheaper then most websites tooThanks Jamiehave a great christmas and new years

Went to visit an elderly relative, we live 160 miles away, to find his toilet broken. Called in at Brands and asked if they could assist by providing everything I needed to repair the loo. First class service and not overcharged. Thank you ?

I went here as a non trade person for some advice on fixing a plumbing issue. Unfortunately the part was slightly too big for the repair so I had to post the parts through their letterbox after hours as didn't plan to return to Watford for a few weeks. The staff had no issue with my unorthodox way of requesting a refund, with customer service this good for a novice plumber I will definitely return.

Absoloutely appalling service from the manager, Andy.As soon as my items are collected I will never be ordering from them again or recommending them to anyone.They should not be working with customers.
