I appreciated the ability to adjust the lighting on the lumens scale panel ( see photos). You can also use the walk panel to upload presentations directly to the room screen. No Bluetooth beaming from laptop. Generous sized rooms with ergonomic seating. Staff super conscientious and welcoming. I star deducted for blips in the disabled toilet. If you are doing a right hand transfer to toilet from a wheelchair you must be careful about the spacing between the bowl and the basin. Quite narrow. Larger visitors will find themselves squeezed. The floor space needs to be clear of obstacles like the paper towel bin. This needs to be wall mounted. The door latch was faulty too. An arthritc person cannot easily turn it and it doesn't engage properly because it is gapping within its inlay. Please maintain these mechanisms more carefully in the future. Fun place to be in. Has a beautiful quiet room complete with open sided mini library bookshelf. Hope to return soon.”

“Hoddesdon Pepes peri peri all staff are very rude we order for delivery 2 wrap meal , 1 gourmet beef meal and 1 large fries, but we didn’t received 1 large fries I call the restaurant so they tell me we will called you back in 3 mins but we were waiting for 1 hour for call back we didn’t received any call from the restaurant and the food was cold as well when we go to restaurant asking for our fries so they didn’t give the fries and talking so rudely they but money on the desk and as if you wanna take take it or go away from this place I was not accepting this from Pepes peri peri.”
