Poor customer service, some staff have no understanding of their products, nor understand how to order some products. I was asked to call and place an order for Sikkens in the week once I know the shade I wanted. I called to place an order but the person on the phone was unhelpful, didn?t know what I was talking about and asked me to call back when the person who advised me back in the shop!Surprised to not have anyone in the showroom with knowledge! Expected much better from Dulux.
