“Excellent service with both the eye test and assistance of floor staff when choosing glasses.Myself and my young daughter went for an eye test. The optician was incredible with daughter, so patient and explained each step of the test so that my daughter felt at ease during her first eye test.When I was choosing glasses for myself the floor staff helped me I choosing a pair of glasses, I didn’t feel rushed and was pleased with all of the advice I received and service given. “The service I recieve from the guy( manager) I think was second to none ! He literally saved the day , my daughter had broken her glasses, & i got glue on the lens trying to repair, needless to say , was no better .This man managed to order a new prescription we picked frame's & all done in 12 hours , ready to pick up .My daughter is Autistic & was set to see a show that evening that had been booked for months, she was in a terrible state of upset as she would not of been able to see anything.This man saved the day !!!!!!Mum is very grateful ?”
