“Watfords new petrol station, A great new place to fill up, as much as you can.It's situated just off of the Dhome roundabout on the A41 . The staff are very helpful and polite.”

“If you’re lucky you can get a parking space here. Its a tad cramped up in the bays. Not usually a long wait to use the petrol pumps. However some people fill their cars then go on to do a shop in the Tesco so it takes longer.Petrol prices are decent and acceptable.Tesco has full shelves most days. Meat seems to be bare but Staff didn’t seem too bothered about it. Whatever you ask for is is out of stock until tomorrow but you pop in later again and it’s there.”

“Station generally ok for fuel. Never too busy.Noticed they've now just jacked up price of air to pump tyres. 100% increase! Not surprising as everything else had gone up.”

“Great prices on petrol! I fill up here as it’s close to the office and typically saving £0.16 per litre on premium unleaded vs my Esso in Milton Keynes, over £8 saving per tank. Staff are great too, friendly, polite, and helpful.”

“Nice little petrol station and Tesco express, can get very busy at times for fuel but has 2 self service card tills so for shopping it can be really quick and easy, if paying by card though, if your not getting fuel aswell or are paying by cash it may be easier and quicker to pop to Lidl or Nisa or even Co-op over the other side!”

“Great service. Not much of a queue as 19/20 pumps working. No need to worry about petrol lid side as they have long extensions. Staff members to help to get to the next available pump soon, so you just have to go. No fuel cap in practice... you could fill full tank.”

“Amazing customer service provided by a fantastic member of staff called, “Ricky”. He is polite, courteous, friendly, warm and welcoming, with a smile on his face, every time I go there. Full of knowledge and outstanding customer service skills. This guy is a credit to the company BP and should be recognised by his management and owners of BP, for the level of service he provides. A guy like Ricky is wasted working in a petrol station and should be winning awards all over the place. All customers acknowledge and respect Ricky tremendously for his hard work and effort. Honestly I’m just a taxi driver but if I owned a company, I would employee this guy immediately as he is the best of the best in my and many others eyes. I spoke with him many times and he is very welcoming too customers and he said he has only been with the company for a month now. I thought he had been here for years and years and was the main site manager the way he comes across. I really hope BP owners and managers commend and give this guy rewards and gratitude as I honestly believe he is worth so much more, than working this as a customer service person. This guy Ricky deserves to be the main boss and manager as his skills outweigh the current manager who is not very friendly and welcoming in my view. Ricky makes this BP very good, he is an asset to the company and I definitely will go back again and again because of him. Well done Ricky for your amazing achievements in this place as you said you have only been there for a month now. 5 starts for BP Wiggenhall Road, Watford and a super 5 stars for Ricky. He is going to be offered so many jobs by various people that see him at work believe me. A very happy customer due to his outstanding service.”

He was very polite , very patient and had a lovely chat with him while he processed my shopping .
