This place is a joke! The post office is open whenever they want and they even leave a sign outside saying is open but when you go inside they tell you is closed! Decide and confirm the correct opening times stop lying to people! Even the opening times on Google is totally wrong! ????????????

Very helfpul to me when I got stuck even today got my photo for driving licence second time done it free of charge scanned and emailed to me. Very good customer care I always come regularly.

Went to pick up a parcel at around 1pm and he told me to come back at just after 6. So I arrived at 5:55 only to find out he had gone home even though he told me he would be here. That means I've made 2 unessesary trips during lockdown. Overall very very unimpressed with this.

This Holywell mail office is highly misleading the public! I ordered items and asked for the items to be delivered to this mail office for collection but the item has disappeared! Even though there is proof of delivery to this address from the Royal mail Watford delivery office. Please, Please do not use!

Very good customer service. Was really happy the way I was treated. Fast and efficient service. Would recommend to anyone. Donâ??t waste your time on other post offices the people are so rude unlike this person who served me. Lovey lovely man.
