Lovely visit to Hotel Chocolat very pleasant assistant reminded me of special offer when I went to pay, their chocolate is second to none, lots of unusual Easter chocolate items.

I love coming to this Hotel Chocolat. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I had some questions about the Velvetiser and the lady gave me some great advice and even opened up the box so I could check something. She even told me a fun fact about how it was the very first store to open.

Hotel chocolat sells some nice chocolate, but this time I went to buy some single origin coffee that I'd seen on their website.Unfortunately, they didn't have the full range, so I was unable to buy what I wanted, and all the staff could tell me was they don't always sell everything shown on the website, and they didn't have a clue if or when the missing range of coffee would be delivered to them
