I got there at 4.50pm on Sunday 28th January 2024 and they refused to clean my car. Although, Google said they close at 5pm! Customer service is poor. Don?t waste your time going there!

Decent pricing, and the wait isn't usually too bad. The car generally comes out pretty decently, although the machine often doesn't dry it absolutely correctly so there are sometimes watery streak marks left behind on the windows, etc... However, for the price and convenience, and the hard working and professional staff, I will continue coming here for my car washes.

Quick and easy car wash. Still value for money..just about. Would have liked the eco basic to remain at a £5 but heyho..Remember to remove your car aerial or you can say goodbye to it.Would have liked to do one of the valeting options to judge but queues were long today. Would return again...

First of all this place should be run by more civilised people!!! The Albanian guy is very rude and disrespectful!! After I?ve paid for full car wash inside and outside the car was still dirty and when I?ve asked him to at least clean better the alloys wheel, he refused to do telling me to don?t go there anymore.. I was shocked!!!Also the place has got more expensive than handwashing!!!I?m gutted!

Very bad place. I will never set my foot here again.It used to be reasonable price but now it's very very very expensive.Staffs are aggressive!!They always asking me to pay by cash when they have a card payment machine.If you ask them what happened they say the machine broke.In Norway next year they're making a cashless which means every single transaction will be monitored.It's coming to UK as well, I can't wait.£8.50 FOR A WASH.DON'T COME HERE!!!!I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO COME HERE ANYMORE I HAVE A CAR WASH AT HOME AND I WILL USE IT.

The workers are okay but the lack of attention to detail is appalling! £25 spent and I had to do the finishing cleaning as there was so many places in and around the car that were not cleaned. What a waste of money.

Disappointed, as I had driven 15 miles to go there for a complete service but there was only one man on duty and he could not accept the extensive cleaning etc. It was not his fault. The owners of this chain are not providing enough staff to give the service we used to get before.

Was seen promptly even though I visited at their closing time. Service and staff good. Quality of wash is good but not same as manual car wash service

LOTS of water spots on the car after, looks like they have hard water but no filters, little bit of bird poo still on my car windscreen

Wheel wash is a waste of time, IE useless,I spend a good 20 mins pre wash to clean my wheels manually, car wash is good, but drying the car is also useless, it's insane n criminal that it doesn't dry the car properly after paying the now higher price, I have to spend good 30-45 mins to dry up with tissues, other wise it will leave bad watermarks, I don't know if Ur water is treated in any way with water softeners, or do the operators sell the water tablets n pocket the monies. They are not very helpful, you ask them anything, they just fob u off with any silly excuse. I've been using IMO carwash in Bushey for last 15-20 years.I think I deserve at least 10 free deluxe washes as a way of compensation..

Rubbish waste of money did nothing to my car. I will definitely not be going back. These people make money without thinking of customers they're all fraudsters
